I asked my mom for a Pirahna she got me Triops instead???!!!?

My uncle gave me a 15 gallon tank and I wanted to get a pirahna but my mom laughed at me and got me triops well she ordered them online they haven’t arrived yet and Ive been reading about them and they seem so cool!
But how can I get to have babiesssss??? She bought a science kit thing so idk how many eggs come in it but i read they cannibalize each other which sounds cool but does that mean they can have babies???? What can I do to get them to not eat each other and have babies, because they only live for like 8 weeks but I want them longer than that.
btw, is a 15 gallon tank big enough??? Im not sure if the kit my mom ordered comes with a tank but Im guessing not so is a 15 gallon okay??? How many can I put in a 15 gallon and I have a filter but no heater is that okay???
Thanks! I’ll chose a best answer after school Thanks to anybody who can tell me how to get them to not eat each other and to make babies. :D

Triop Trouble:::::::::____—-:::::?

Okay so a day ago i took my triop out of the water because i needed to clean the water. I quickly transferred it with a spoon. Then a mysterious red spot appeared. A day later it died. I kept its body for investigations. The triop would not be that active. Any help would be appreciated. This is my sixth generation of triops from 1 kit and i have not seen anything of the like.

Need help with TRIOPS. Please help???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

1) does it matter how deep the water is?
2) why is my water so cloudy after 15 hours?
And will it clear?
Thank you

What creatures live well alongside Triops?

Also, does anyone know where I may be able to buy a batch of Triops eggs with different breeds?

What is a triop and can I keep them in a community fish tank?

I was off college and was at the bookstore with a date, and I discovered these “science” project kits. They were made for kids, but being a lover of plants and animals, I found the Triops kit the most interesting. It reminded me of the “seamonkies” kits you usually see in Walmart or the “grow your own butterflies” kits on commercials.

Such kits seem so tiny for the animals to thrive and live long lives and are considered cruel (to me, anyway).

I’m a fishkeeper and own two community tanks. Would I be able to buy triops and keep them in my 29g tropical freshwater aquarium?
My 29g is understocked with 5 platies and a betta.
I wish to add bamboo shrimp afterwards.
