My fish won’t eat tropical flakes?

I have some neon tetras and guppies in my tank. Originally i only had betta food, wardley shrimp pellets, and custom triop food(i also have triops in the tank). The fish didn’t respond to any except for the triop food (which are pellets made of 40%protein and 10%fat). I decided to switch the food to tropical flakes to increase diet variety, but they don’t even touch the flakes. I even tried crushing the flakes like i did with the triop pellets, but still received no response. It’s like their only looking for the triop food.

Have they become picky eaters? How can i make them transition between the two food types?

can betta fish live triops in harmony?

i am going to get some triops soon but i also want a betta fish aswell so what i wanted to know if they can live in the same tank?
what my plan was is im first going to get my triops first and then after they are mature i wanted to know if i can add a betta fish to the community of triops?

Do you think my guppy is pregnant?

My female guppy named Bella is my 4th fish after my Betta and 2 other guppies. She has a dark/big gravid spot on one of her sides and on the other side her gravid spot is dark but its not big, and her stomach isnt very big!I have had it for about over a month and when I got it I got it with 2 male guppies but sadly they both died during the first 2 weeks :( in the pet store she was only with female fish so when I put her with the males she was scared at first but later she was ok with being around them. Her stomach is barely bigger than it was before and I really want her to have babies! I dont have a link to a picture of her but my profile picture is of her.Plz help I really want to know if she is pregnant. p.s Im getting triops and was wondering if I can put them with her? Thnx ;) -Vanessa
Also she sits in 1 spot and she eats alot!

Can I keep a betta fish in my community tank?

I have a 30 gallon tank with a variety of fish. luckily, I got rid of the aggressive Red-Eyed Tetra a while ago.
I have:
2 dwarf african frogs
2 neon tetras
2 sword tails
2 yellow mollies (?)
1 silver molly
1 algae eater
1 catfish (?)
1 red tail shark (shy)

One of the mollies and one sword tail is male. The (?) indicates that I don’t know the full name. (My catfish is around two inches long, has three sets of whiskers, and black spots.) I’ve successfully kept a Triops Longicaudatus until it’s old age before, and I was wondering what would happen if I added a betta. Otherwise, what other kind of fish would go well in the tank?

Could I keep Triops with A male Betta?(I’m just wondering, not planning)?
