Hatching Triops Eggs – Floating Container Method

How to hatch triops eggs using the floating container method. Good if you already have a heater.

How to put mystery snail in a holding container..?

Hello, I currently have a 10 gallon tank with some sand and a few plants. The only inhabitant right now is a mystery snail (my Triops died so hes the only thing left)

I want to get African Dwarf Frogs, but in order to do this, I want to change my substrate from sand to eco-complete (so I can add more plants and theyll stay healthier)

The 10 gallon tank is the only tank I have, so where should I put the snail while I am cleaning the tank? I have small, containers that I can keep him in for the time being, like small glass containers and such.

But for heat, should I just keep a lamp over the container he is in? Or will the intense light harm the snail?

my triops have not hatched 24 hours later?

i previously had a triops that layed eggs, so i collected them. i would like to know if i did the correct thing in the next step (this is my question). firstly i dried the triops eggs + sand, then i frozen the sand and eggs in a air tight container for 2 days, then i added the triops to fresh water. i know they still have time to hatch but i was getting worried as all the triops i have had in the past have hatched less than 24 hours later. i can see the triops eggs on the top of the water. they are a light pink colour and a bit larger than the sand

My triops need more room!?

Before i had seamonkeys and a few triop eggs were in the pack then all the triops ate the seamonkeys and died… so ive rehatched some old eggs but i didnt think it was gunna hatch so right now there in a pastic button container mabey 8cm by 4cm and 4cm high, we have old fish tanks in the basement but my dad wont let me use them there are about 9 triops babies this is their 3rd day. he keps saying oh eventually there gunna die, move fish to flush down the toilet, but hes joking around because my sister cried for days arfter her last one died. but i know for a fact that they die when they’re too crouded! yes they possibl could die, but i wanna try it again and they’re suffering! how can i convince my dad that they need to be in the old tanks?
penqure, um shut up? he’s not the owner i am. think before you speak, that was just really rude… jeez

I dont see no triops (day 3) help!!?

to start shud i feed them? cause i do not see any. i have them in a 325ml container because it says i only needed 100 ml of water to hatch them. i added the water and hatching nutrients. then had to move the container so i brought it home before adding eggs.(its been kinda cold) but i have tried to keep the take in the 70′s and they havent hatch i got the triops test tube thing. anyone help me! please
