Der Film zeigt die europäischen Triops (Lat. Triops cancriformis). Der Film ist sehr gut gelungen und empfehlenswert, da das typisch ruhige und friedliche Verhalten der europäischen Triops Art sehr gut deutlich wird. Außerdem sind die Eiersäckchen ungewöhnlich gut zu erkennen.
