Hatching Triops Without a Kit?

I plan on buying Triops Eggs, no kit or nutrient packs with the eggs. I have read that newly hatched Triops need to eat Detritus to survive. Is there a substitute i can use for Detritus? I have read that you can feed adult triops carrots and i was wondering if i can do the same for the newly hatched triops. Also, can someone tell me how to get an incandescent lamp to keep them warm?

Hatching Triops Eggs – A Reliable Method

Hatching Triops Eggs step by step. This is the most reliable method I’ve used so far for hatching triops. Basically you hatch the triops eggs in a small hatchery container first, then after a week or so move them over to the final tank. That way you can control the temperature easier if you are using a lamp, and also the baby triops can find their food faster and grow quicker. ***Hatching Temperatures + Feeding Guide*** www.triopsguys.com ********* NOTE – If you need triops eggs sometimes we have some available, just send me a message. *****************************************
