  1. I wouldn't, simply because you don't know what else you could be introducing into their home. There are probably a lot of small critters, or their eggs, that would enjoy making a meal of your babies.
    You could try with a few in a separate container, though, see what happens.
    Check the below site for some "recipes".

  3. I wouldnt, its pobably not JUST algae, but all sorts of bacteria and parasites that might hurt your triops. Stick with whatever your feeding him now.

    First of all i would because that algae if a little bit falls into your tank will spread like wildfire.
    Second baby triops should eat baby brine shrimp which will make your triops grow like crazy very healthy for them.. once they get bigger i recommend spectrum which is super duper healthy for growing fish!
