One Response to How to breed Triops!?

  1. Triops don’t need help breeding. At about 2 weeks or 3/4″ the females will start showing yellow egg sacs on either sides of their carapaces. They will bury themselves in the sand and lay them. This is the easy part. The hard part, which isn’t so hard, is that you must remove the eggs and let them dry out completely. Afterwards, rehydrate them in conditioned water and they will hatch.
