I don’t remember the exact answer. But it takes a week or two. When you first see them, they will be REALLY small.
I am no expert, just been blessed with 2 healthy red eared sliders girls for 36 yrs.
plus 3 adopted males 8, 5 and a 2 yr old. yr adopted from this site

It takes more than a day. In a few days, you’ll be able to see little tiny moving specks ‘swimming’ around in the tank. After a week or two, you won’t necessarily need a magnifying glass to see them.
